Since she is holds the password to our social calendar - I'll need to find out if we're free that weekend or not.
I think we are, and I don't think she's got any photo shoots booked that night, so I'm going to do my best to make it there for at least a little while.

 For everyone who's planning to come to Steve's 50th birthday party, please remember to RSVP by Wednesday, June 6th. Also, please list how many total people you plan to bring with you. I'm just trying to get a head count for food to make sure no one goes hungry!
There is a link to google directions on the top post. Please feel free to call if you need further help for directions. I have put up a picture of our house to make it easy to recognize when you get here. Also, remember, if any of yall can carpool, that would be great since parking space is limited to the street.
Thanks and see you soon,

We are so much looking forward to seeing you all Saturday evening...
several of you have asked.."what can we bring"?...well,only bring a thirst and an appetite, there will be plenty to fill up on and to quinch the thirst ;-) ...
well...maybe some of yuhs can bring a lawn chair or two if 'ya don't mind...
it appears there may be a much larger turnout than I ever anticipated, so...it could get a bit cozy  , but, thats most definately a good thing :) ,and its really cool that so many friends are willing to come and spend an evening celebrating with us......
So,when you get here to the asylum..oh-uh..I mean house,be sure to stay to the middle of the drawbridge crossing over the moat of no return...wouldn't want any of yuhs to slip off the edge and get gnawed upon by the piranhas swimming about in there....once on the porch, just pull the rope hanging from the ceiling to summon the butler to the door:

UPDATE:
Just wanted to let everyone know...details have been worked out.
We will have an off-duty Dallas P.D. SWAT division officer working security for our block from 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m....so,if there were any concerns at all about parking on the street...not to worry...gotcha' covered http://smiley.onegreatguy.net/thumbup.gif...
I have already talked with him,he is a really nice and very personable dude.
I was referred to him by one of our club members,Rob(another SWAT officer).
He will have his squad car there.....AND, he assured me that he will keep an eye open only for any strange or seedy looking characters out and about....
to which I informed him they'll all be inside at the party anyways  .
please remember...it will help if anyone can carpool if possible
