I haven't been to one of these out here, but I know the Miramar Air Show in San Diego gets crazy. How early do we need to be there to get a good seat/parking spot?

The gates open at 9. They are expecting 75,000 folks to be there!!!

Just got back from the base. The F-22 was practicing for the show tomorrow. WOW!!! That thing is AWESOME!!!!

where is Sheppard? I have been to the one out at the JRB in Ft. Worth. that is this weekend too. is it the same place?

The Fort Worth Air Show is October 20 - 21 at Alliance.

I was in the Navy, stationed in San Diego for a few wears and you are right that was cool.

I work by Alliance and have been watching them practice, its going to be a good show.

The Blue Angels came in on Monday night and they started practicing then. It's been cool watching them all well. They have been buzzing the plant every night this week, I work within eyesight of the runway. The Army helicopter team had a good show too.

I did my tech training there way back in 82 , place hasn't changed that much!

I was an Interior Electrician! I joined the USAF on Sept 21, 1981 (I was 17 at the time) and spent my time at Eielson AFB and Wright Patterson AFB!
